God's Love & God's Plans

Hey Y’all!

I have been really meditating on God’s love for me lately and His plans for my life.  I’ve been trying my best to grasp how amazing His love truly is. The fact that God’s love for me and His pursuit after my heart will never stop despite my disobedience is so encouraging to me. His love for me is greater than my mistakes, my rebellion, my insecurities, my weaknesses. You see, we tend to think that our sin changes God. That is so so soo not the case- God never changes, He is the same today, yesterday, and tomorrow. Our sin, does however, change our perspective of God.

Genesis 3:8-10

Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?”
10 He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”
The enemy is constantly trying to get us to question God’s character. My advice?— Be in the word. Start your day with it, have a verse to remember. God’s word is true, powerful, and it changes things. Its time for us to accept the fact that we are so broken but God is so mighty. Our value isn’t determined by our sin, by our mistakes, by our appearance, or by our number of followers on social media— our value is determined by our creator. There is nothing about the way you were uniquely made that is wrong and there is nothing about the time or place God has you, that is a mistake.

Today, if you’re feeling like you don’t belong, like you are a failure, if you feel there is no hope, like you are being overlooked PLEASE remember who designed you. God knows exactly where we are meant to be to reach our optimum potential and to further our walk with Him. Embrace the unknown and be comforted by the fact that your life is completely in God’s hands. God knows you, He loves you, He sees your heart, and He is so near- do not feel discouraged but instead learn to be hopefully expectant and obediently patient for what God has in store for your future.

I hope y’all have an AMAZING day :)
Love, Tay
